She looked up quietly, and looked toward him. "Sure.." She said with a smile. "I'd like that.." She whispered, his hand on her shoulder was warm, god, so many things were happening and had happened. She was 17, possibly pregnat if she had taken o the ass hole, she'd lost her best friend. Well, in others words, she'd lost everything. Her other seven horses had been killed by Wesley, her home had been burned, he'd killed her parents, raped her. WHy was this happening? Destiny leaned back, sighing. Maybe thing's would get better...

Destiny named off the one place she would need to go, then grimanced, maybe she had enough... Yes! Her bank account was full. And she knew what she would use it for..."Hey Brandon... Can we stop by the auction house?" Destiny asked, referring to the horse sale, she knew where open land was, right behind Brandon's house, she had the money to buy the lot, build a barn, maybe a few paddoks, and start her breeding buisness again, and that side was considered country, not city! It was legal to own horses on the land!

brandon looked at her again then returned his eyes to the darkening road Umm... sure His voice was a bit rejectful of the idea...
-1/2 hour later-
Once Brandon had driven her to where she needed to go he pulled up to the auction house... what did she want from here... never mind that she was looking for a horse... that was a bad Idea seeming that she just said that there was a good chance that she was going to have a baby... one kick from a spooked horse could kill both her and the unborn baby. this girl was a bit crazy...hah Brandon smriked to himself

ooc:: have you just not realized Destiny loves horses, even if she could have a baby? LOL
Destiny climbed from the car, breathing in the smell of horses and hay. The auction house was large, and numbers, and prices were shouted from one building, on the others, impatient snorts and whinnies echoed down the aisle. She glanced back to see if Brandon had yet to exit the drivers seat yet. Quietly, she stepped forward, a new confidence had fallen into her step as she made her way to the barns. Heads popped over doors, ears pricked and pinned, neighs rang, and kicks splintered wood. Destiny glanced into each stall, none catching her eye, first she came to a chestnut stallion. Obviously just off the track, he looked toward her, ears pricked on end, eyes wide. She reached out and the animal lipped her fingers, a nervous sweat wet his neck, and Destiny shook her head. ”Good luck fella.” She muttered, patting his damp neck. She moved on, until she reached a dark bay mare. The sixteen one hand horse nickered warmly and looked totally comfortable in her new surroundings. ”Hey sweetie.” Destiny cooed, she looked over the young horse, and slowly entered the stall. Running her hand over the mare's neck, down her shoulder, and over her foreleg. The bay lifted her leg gently as Destiny felt for any soreness or bumps. She did the same with each other leg, then felt along her back. ”Good girl.” Destiny whispered, patting her, she exited the stall, and read the plate. ”Kalila?”' Destiny told herself, the mare looked up, and nickered again. Destiny smiled, and read the information on the beautiful horse, she looked at the auction time, two weeks from now, she nodded. ”See ya them Kalila.” Destiny smiled, then walked back to the car, ”thanks Brandon.” She said, grinning.

ooc:: Umm... ok, we'll let her be pregnat just to make it more interesting, and we can skip 7 months =]
-Seven Months Have Flown By-
Destiny kneeled and ran her fingures through the fuzzy baby fur on the filly. She had been surprised that during the vet check of Kalila, her new horse, was pregnat! Not only was it a two in one package, but the mare had been bred to a champion, a Grand Prix black stallion. Well, lo and behold, her dark bay produced a dappled gray. Destiny smiled, glancing down at her own swelled stomach. Her barn had been built at a huge twenty-two stall paradise. Destiny had easily made a living in training others horses, infact, boarders made up most of her barn. Three colts in training to bare saddle, one filly who needed light working, two geldings, whom were free jumpers, one stallion a regular to be ridden, or, in her case, now longing, and two mares, also regular rides. But Destiny was now having to longe these horses because of her far state in pregnacy, two months to go.
Destiny left Kalila and her filly's,Myths, stall, and walked to her tack room. She pulled the Italian leather neck stretcher, side reins, longe girtg, and longe line, flipping them over her shoulder, then topping it off with a black lead rope. She walked to a chestnut gelding's stall. Camelot greeted her with a nicker, "hey big guy." She said referring the the male before her stood at about 18 hands. She unlocked the stall door and slipped inside. She draped the longe girth over his back, slightly behind his withers, brought it around and buckled it securly, them slid a simple headstall over his head and snapped the left side rein to his bit, then tightened it on the longe girths buckle. She copied it on the right side carefully counting each hole to eight. She led the gelding out from his stall to the round pen. Despite all Brandon's efforts to keep her inside, she couldn't keep herself from these magnificent animals. She sent the gelding away at a working trot. Camelot broke into a smooth flowing trot and skimmed the edge of the arena, head stretching low, chewing at bit eagerly, "what a good boy." Destiny cooed. Camelot had come to her with a dusty red coat, muddy star on his forehead, scruffy fur, and dull eyes. Now, the animal was gleaming, the star on his forehead shown with elegance. His neck rounded, eyes abundent with energy. Destiny smiled, Camelot had come to far.

ooc: can we bring it down a bit with the horses? Sorry if I sound a bit on edge... I kind of am.
Brandon watched from a far as she worked the horse... she was a little upset that she would not just saty away for working them like that until teh baby was born but she was not his girlfriend, and nor was she tied to him in anyway... yes she was a girl and a friend but not in the meaning that he would like it to be. Over the long while that she was staying at his place Brandon was starting to get pretty strong feeling for Destiny and worried all the time about her when she was around these animal... with one kick... one wrong move and she and the baby could get very hurt... if not killed...

ooc: sure! sorry ^^
As Destiny finished working with Camelot, she returned the animal to the stable, brushing her hands together to rid any dust. Even at this stage in pregnancy, Destiny was lively and vibrant, and still by all means beautiful. SHe pulled her fingures through her dark hair, eyes glittering. She started to walk back up to the house, still combing her hand through her hair. She caught Brandon's worried gaze as she approached. "Would you stop worrying so much?" She asked, laughing lightly. Her eyes glinted against the sun as she faced him, the man that had so generously took her in and housed her. She couldn't thank him enough. She bent down to scratch behind Gunner's ears, the dog that sat so loyaly at his master's side. Destiny couldn't but wish that things were different about she and Brandon, and in a good way. She had a certain tingle when she was around him. A good one. If he felt anything for her, he hid it well.

brandon watched her, the thudding sound of gunner's tail was the only sound so far... then brandon said softly I would if you be be be careful and not spend so much time around the horses.if one thing goes wrong... brandon stopped himself before he said anything that would ruin the good karama they had with each other. he might have said something to tell her what his feelings were toward her... he would have taken the risk and told her but he did not want to riun teh friendship between them...

Destiny listen to his voice trail off after his small warning. She knew that he was hiding something, just not quite sure what.. She returned to the standing position. "What are you not telling me?" She half asked, hald demanded.
