Bella ran down the stairs panting. She looked around desperatly My love? She whisperd scared. Her long black curly hair formed around her hheart shape face and green bright eyes. Frowning she searched the castle. Where was he? She was in her white corset and flowing dress. Are you here? She asked desperatly looking around. Some of the other men vampiers were louging around playing poker. one whislted but she ignored him rushing past biting her lip. Where had he gone? Her mind was full of questions as she ran into his room. Hello? She pleaded but emptiness answered her call. Groaning she fell back agasint the wall her white skin mactching perfectly with the painted walls. Bella sighed looking to the bed and got off the wall slowly walking over. She sait down stroking the black silk sheets her eyes wandering around his dark room. smiling she layed back hugging his pillow. It was not him but it would do for now Come back please my love..im missing you. She said breathlessly and cuddled into the pillow sighing softly. The night was very young infact the sun was just setting and snow had just kissed the cold earth. She sang silently hoping to have the return of her one true answer to this world

Hooves clanked loudly on the cobblestone streets and cloaked figure rode quickly through the multitude of trees as dusk finally began to set in. The night was young so very young and this man, this thing of the undead was in a hurry to return home where all things were sacred, safe, and most of all pleasurable. The chestnut steed ran swiftly as the faded outline of a castle came into view. It had been years since he'd last been home and the clan must've been slightly worried about his missing presence. I'm coming home to stay.. the figured mumbled within his mind. Finally he was in the main courtyard of the castle as he quickly reined up his steed and dismounted nodding a slight friendly nod to the clan members standing outside. Would she still be here? the figure thought as he flung open the doors and walked into the well lobby. |

Bella looked up from his bed as she heard hoofsteps. Hes..back? She whispered her heart racing. She got off his bed slowly walking to the window. He got off his horse and she smiled warmly Hes back. she whsipered running down the stairs outside past the guards. Her hair flew behind her as she was at his side lookign into his eyes suddenly smiling Love. She whispered brining a cool hand to touch his pale cheek. Athrol looked exactly as he did whne he left so long ago. Biting her lip she was still smiling as she moved in hugging him. God she had mised him. Her nights had been long and lonely making her weep through half of them. Giving a warning glare to the guard she took his hand resting her head on his broad chest You are finally home. she said again her fangs escaping her lips this time swhen she smiled

Atherol smiled and glared at the guard "Leave us." he said flatly watching the man nod and disappear into the darkness. He then turned his full intention back to his beautiful wife. "It's been so long yet it seems like only yesterday was the day we were forced to become parted." he wrapped his arms around her drawing her close. "For some many nights I've laid awake wondering if you too were doing the same. I longed to feel your warmth, to hold you in my arms at night and to kiss your sweet lips" he gave her a kiss and smiled. "How have you been my dear Bella?" |

Bellalooked as the man disappeared and smiled at her husband stepping forward as he stared right back. She grinned as he took her close to him and she put her hadns on his chest running them up and down it. Grinning at his words she looked up and kissed him back a small moan escpaing her beautiful lips. Shivers went up her sline as he talked of nights in bed with her and she bit her lip I ahve news love..my cousin is here. She stroked his cheek moving as clsoe as possible to him She will be staying in a room a few doors down from us. She moved onto her tippy toes nipping his chin then kissing him deply

He looked at her as she spoke of her cousin. "Well this is quite a surprise..I take it that something must have happened" He turned linking arms with her and walking into the castle. "They say the night will be cold yet I can feel nothing for all I feel is the love I have for you" he smiled. He was such a romantic but he was a damn good one. "New recruits for the army will be showing up tonight. I will have to help train them which will be very tedious." He kissed her again walking up the stairs to their chambers. He was tired after his long journey yet he'd have to show the recruits where they'd be staying at and then tomorrow their training would begin.
Alirisa sat in her room on the brink of crying. She had lost everything she had ever known in one short night. Her mother died of a sickness that no one knew of and her father died during battle. Now she was here..in this huge place to live with her cousin who she loved oh so deeply for Bella was her only remaining family member that she knew of. Standing up she walked over to the window to watch about a hundred men ride up to the castle. "I never want to hear of another war" she mumbled sadly as she noted the armor they wore. |

Bella linked arms with him cuddling next to him her fangs slipping from her lips as she kissed up his neck. God he was good at getting her roused up. She frowned as he spoke of new recruits coming I was hoping to have you to myself...im sorry for my selfishness. She whispered stopping at there chambers taking his hands. THe hoofbeats could be ehard outside. Sighing she kissed his lips Well wake me when you are complete...i wish to treat you. She smiled at him. Her lvoe was very obvious. He was the only thing that made her happy these days.
Kegan rode with the men. The castle was big. No doubt about it. But his heart and mind were somewhre else. He was sick and tired of being alone. Ya it was selfish, as he was always away from home because of his job..but now that he was working for this clan he was hoping maybe he'd get a shot at it. Sighing he rode up with all the others and gotoff his horse. He looked up at the window seeing a girl looking out. Her beauty at first awed him and he smiled waving up at her. Maybe hwas crazy but hell she aws beautiful

Atherol sighed and nodded "I know, I wanted to be with you all night yet the clan has different plans. When I'm finished I will come to you and hopefully make you very happy." He gave her a seductive smile and kissed her knuckles. He didn't want to leave her side god dammit he wanted to have relaxation time for he'd been away for three long years on a war campaign. He turned and walked down the hall to the stairway. He had a feeling that this was going to be a really long night..something that he wasn't looking forward to.
Ali saw the young recruit smile and wave at her and she returned the friendly gesture. She couldn't imagine being pulled from her home every year to go off and fight for your clan, she would absolutely hate it. Her cousin wouldn't like it if she got involved with a soldier for she always said "Ali don't fall in love with a soldier..they'll only bring you pain" she sighed. Ali was wise beyond her years but her cousin was wiser. |

Bella sighed smilign weakly as he kissed her knuckles. Even in stress Atherol was still a gentlemen. She pulled him close kissing him deeply her hand on his chest and pulled back smiling as he said he would make her very happy The actions will be mutual my lord. She whispered squeezing his hand a second before he started off. She sighed and walked past there room to meet her cousin. She knicked gently and opened the door. Ali? she whispered and smiled walking in I see you look just as dazzling since the last time i saw you. She said hugging her cousin frowning looking out the window as a solider waved up. She shut the blinds raising an eyebrow What did i tell you? She sighed pulling ehr to sit on the lucious grand bed. I know you are yearning for love..but dont be hurt like i am..it kills me when Atherol goes away. she dropped her head.
Kegan smiled wider as she waved back but froze as the queen was at the window. He dropped his helmet struggling to bow as the others snickered at him A princess Kegan? One scoffed Really if the king knew that you wre going for the queen's cousin he''d nueter you! They all hotted in laughter and Kegan grumbled gettinb back on his horse putting on his helmet. They were just jealous..ya thats it. That they did not have a beautiful woman waving. Oh what was the point? It was just a smile..nothing more. Why did he turn everytihng into something literal. Really he was slipping. His clonde hair and blue eyes had made him known in his village by woman..but he knew love was not for him. He was gone to much....but god he could always dream..

Atherol grinned as his wife mentioned mutual actions. His actions were hardly that though he was what you would consider a southern gentleman. He could always put a smile to anyone's face but today was not the day. He was tired, and stressed to a breaking point. He just wanted to spend time with Bella and welcome her sweet cousin to the clan but no, today of all days had to be the time when the recruits came. He pulled on his cloak as he stepped out into the cool night. He looked at all of the young men that sat alert on their steeds. "Welcome. I'm sure you all know the tedious work that lays before you. Only the toughest will be selected for our army the rest will leave with their pride and spirits shattered. Now follow me as I show you all your quarters." He turned to the guard that stood next to him holding the reins to his horse. He quickly mounted and turned back to the young men, "You all must follow a strict set of rules, If any of these rules are broken you will be banished from the premises and will not be allowed to return."
Ali turned to her cousin as she quickly closed the blinds and pulled her over to the bed. "I know cousin, your words still echo through my head..I don't think I'm ready for love..my heart can bear no more pain especially after the loss of my mother and father." She wrapped her arms around her cousin smiling gently, "Your husband is very sweet, your so lucky to have someone like him..He reminds me of father though I should quit reminiscing before I break into tears and I've already shed too many in my lifetime." She looked down and ran her hands down her lilac dress smoothing out some of the wrinkles. "Tell me dear cousin, how have you been all these years?"

Bella hugged her cousin back sighing. She felt guilt truly. She had lost her parnets ont he same night. Shh cousin..do not fret..at least we ahve eachother.and love could revive you huh? There are many handsome princes. She sighed stroking her hair nodding a smile tugging at her delicate lips Yes..i really love Atherol. I know he loves me back..and hes such a gentlmen. Biting her lip Bella looked away Its been hard..He just came back tonight after three years i desperatly wanted to share my night with him and you..but i guess its just us tonight. She smiled weakly and got up We should get you a new wardbroe Ali...your curves have come in and i must say the men will find you attractive. Bell laughed twirling.
Kegan watched as the Dark Lord walked out mouthing hir horse. He was very strong..one of the strongest in the army and he knew he would be chosen. He trotted his horse after him and rolled his eyes as some of the men talked of woman. They all wanted one to warm there beds but it was impossible. These were the war times. No womanw anted to love a solider. He rode into the stables and handed his reiins to a stableboy. One man, a foolish one named Gary, was talking of the queen in a very unappropriate way. Kegan tensed knowing the darklord probably heard and stood in an adis as Gary laughed still talking. The other men loked at him like he was an idiot and Kegan said yes sir like the rest as he said he would show them there living quarters.

Atherol tensed with rage as the young recruit talked about his beloved wife. He turned and quickly grabbed the soldier known as Gary in his powerful. "You! You think your funny just because some of your impudent friends laugh about the rude conversation you were speaking! Friends are nothing! Friends come and go, new ones are gained and old one's are lost." He wanted to rip the soldier's head clean off but he had another..far more better idea. "No woman would ever want to be with a pompous shitty excuse for a soldier and if they did they'd have to be deaf, blind or retarded! Guards remove him from my sight and take him to the prison until I can think of a far better punishment for this bastard." Atherol turned and stared into the eyes of the remaining men, "Let this a warning to any fools who dare speak about my wife or her cousin Ali! For any caught talking like the fool who left will be tortured and even killed if I so desire, now follow me as I show you all your quarters. A select few will be allowed to tour the castle tomorrow." He turned and left the stable heading for an arrangement of cottages that they would be staying in.
Ali smiled and nodded. She knew her curves had begun to come in, and all the dresses her father bought her were modest so as to hide all her luscious curves from those of the castle. "Yes, I do need a new wardrobe for the dresses my father bought me are no longer needed now that I've turned 18." She hugged her cousin. It must be hard being married to a King/Warlord of the clan and never knowing that he would come back from a war dead or alive. She sighed softly "I'm sure Atherol wishes this night to be over quickly so he can hold you in his arms again, I saw you two in the hallway though I didn't know what you were speaking of, but I could see the love and devotion that he had for you in his eyes." She stood up and walked over to the door Come let us meet him outside I'm sure he's got the new soldier's already in their quarters."

Gary stepped back a minute before the King was at him. He loked horrified as the king spat at him not daring mutter a word. He snarled trying to free himself yelling angrily as guards took him away. Kegan watched his whole body tense. They all said another yes sir and followed into there chambers. Kegan got his right away snd sighed sleepily. He was very tired. Still the thought of Ali was in his head. She had no idea who he was though and it bit at his mind a bit. Kegan looked up at The lord as he said a select few would see the castle. Grinning he nodded and pulled out his skins for blankets. It was going to be a chilly night even though the sleeping chambers were very modified. He stilll was going to be cold.
Bela nodded standing up looking at her Yes that dress is to modest. look at mine. Bella was wearing a deep red dress with dcorset showing off all her curves Some like this and some with no corset will be perfect. Her face beamed at the idae of meeting him outside Yes! lets go..and thanks. She said as Ali spoke of the love they had. IT was true they realy did lvoe eachother. She put on her cloak and walked out with her cousin hearing the last part of..Gary?...and his talk about her. She gasped angrily until she ehard her husband talking and putting him in the dungeon. She smiled as he put them in there chambers and walekd p behind him wrapping her arms around his waist Thanks love. She whispered kissing the back of his neck seeing thet soldier who Ali had waved at. Ready to..go to bed? She said nipping his ear.

Atherol turned to face his beloved wife. He smiled gently as he looked into her mystifying eyes. "Yes, I'm ready to go to our chambers..and relieve some tension..and..of course to show you a great time" he whispered against her ear pulling her closer to his muscular body. She molded into his arms like she was made to be there. He looked at Ali as she looked around "Welcome to the family..I hope you find this to your liking." He gave her a gentle smile and took Bella's hand walking back toward the castle "I love you" he mumbled softly as he placed delicate kisses 'pon her beautiful neck. She was perfect in every way and he was lucky to have her to himself..yes it was selfish but damn he couldn't help it.
Ali smiled and nodded as Atherol spoke to her "Thank you." she said softly and watched as they headed back toward the castle. She knew she should follow them but she wanted to see the soldier who waved at her earlier. She look around and saw him arranging the blankets on his bed, she quickly walked over to his quarters and stepped inside. His back was turned to her and he probably didn't know she was behind him. "Hello, it's going to be a cold night..maybe I can bring you better blankets from the castle." she said softly a delicate smile on her lips.

Bella smiled devishly as he moved closer and she moved into his arms sighing in relief. As i will pleasure you my love. She whispered back a small moan leaving her lips as he kissed her neck. She blushed a bit nodding at Ali I will see you for breakfast tomorrow. She promised and took Atherol's hand and walked with him to the castle. She smiled looking into his dark eyes I love you too. Grasping his hand tighter she walked with him to her chambers. Her hormones were on fire and his very presence was making her want for him stronger. IT had been so long and his touch was so welcoming..loving. She turned as they got inside and kissed him deeply her hands wrapping around his neck.
Kegan looked over his shoulder as it was the girl. He wuickly looked away as the royal's kissed. It was rude. There love was so strong and it made him jealous. He realized he was gripping his blankets to hard and let go straihtening them on his bed. It was going to be a fierece night. The king would have his bed warm. He just wished he could too. He jerked around as he heard her voice. At first he was scared and bowed tripping over his feet Your majesty.. He mumbled then looked at her smiling You really do not have to my lady..i have been in worse.
