The pleasant sound of a guitar thrumming filled the air of the empty plain. A soft voice carried on the wind. Joey sat with his back against a tall tree, his guitar rested on his knees, his hand strumming up and down while he sang. His voice wasn't deep or very loud like some boys but, softer yet still strong.
"She let her heart and soul right in your hands,
And ya stole her every dream and you crushed her plans,
She didn't even know she had a choice,
But that's what happens when the only voice she hears is telling her she can't..."
He looked over the plains whth blue eyes. He had been so dumb. It served him right to be without her. But she was now back in california, and here he was, in this small town just with his sister.
"Stupid boy,
You can't fence that in, stupid boy,
It's like holding back the wind...:
Man, he hated this song. But he loved it. He couldn't get it out of his head but at the same time, it just constantly reminded him what an idiot he had been. What a stupid boy... |

Jamie strolled through the forest singing to herself. She stopped as she heard one oh er favourite songs flowing through the tees. She stopped seeing a handsome man strumming on his guitar. She smiled
She let her heart soar right in your hands..
She walked over smiling at him Hi. She said shyly looking at him. She had blonde brown hair and sparkling blue eyes. She smiled bashfully and moved her feet nervously

Joey looked up at the girl who suddenly drew near, his fingers still absently strumming out the tune. His californian blonde hair falling in his eyes.

She grinned nas sat beside him humming to his music. It aws lovely. she smiled Im Jamie..you are good at playing guitar. she raised a brow poking it gently her brown hair swaying gently in the wind. She layed back sighing happily

He looked at her then leaned his head back against the tree trunk, eyes closed, enjoying the warmth of the sun, perfectly at ease. It seemed strange but no matter who it was or how long he had known them, he was always totally comfortable with just about anyone.

She smiled as he said his name and sighed sontent nodding her head. Cool. She met someone new! KUDOS! She touched the strings May I? She sasid sitting up crosing ehr legs. Her blue eyes searched him suriously as she ran her fisnger up the guitar

She frowned galring at him bu then smiled as he passed it over.
Im not that bad.
She strummed it and started playing told you so
Ohh cant you see? That for worse or for better..were better together please..just coem back home...No dont say that your sorry and I wont say i told you soo.
She smiled humming and stopped looking at him

Well, I wouldn't exactly say "fan,"
he said taking it back, thoughtfully strumming a few notes,
But he's got some pretty good music.
He stroked one string and slightly adjusted the tune.

she played with some grass in her hand and looked at the clouds sighing blissfully
He writes gorgeous love songs..

He looked at the clouds. Man, he knew he had to move on but he couldn't stop thinking of 'her'
