Alyson slowly walked down the street heading down to the phantom bar. She wasn't the usual type that always hung out at bars but hell, what else was she supposed to do? Her brother was off with some girl like usual, and she didn't really have any friends at the moment to hang otu with. She was having stupid boy drama with one of the boys that she usually hung out with. Nothing new though. He always dropped stupid stuff on her like it was her fault, and he didn't have the courage to talk to her about it and try to solve it like a normal nice, and cool person. Sadly, she didn't know how to deal with stuff like this that well. She just sometimes goes with the flow, and hopes for the best. She stuffed her hands in her green jacket pockets and shivered. It was abit rainy and drizzley outside and she thought it was very cold. She didn't like that cold on some occasions. She delt the best she could though in hopes she would soon warm up. Looking up at the night sky she shook her head. Wow.. it always got darker lately. Daylight savings supposedly? She took a shaky pale cold hand out of her pocket and opened the front door to the bar making her way around a big crowd of people. Man.. alot of people here tonight. Not much of a suprise on the weekends though.. it was pretty much always crowded on the weekeds due to all of the group dates/double dates that people go on. She pulled up a chair next to a couple kissing by the counter and she rolled her eyes. Why couldn't they just get a room? goddd. She smiled at the bartender and passed him some money. A baybreeze please would be nice. Make it pretty cold. A good alcholic drink was only good cold right? that makes it so much better. After she got her drink she sipped it slowly and looked back at the dj that was playing music by some very large speakers. She wanted some company.

Corsemeier wasn't the party star that hogged the dance floor, and made sure he was always in the center of the attention. Oh no. Not at all. He was more the type of person that would hang out with a few people and talk for a while, or do something fun like go to the movies. He wasn't a good dancer nor was he crazy enough to do something stupid like some of the people he knew and was sorry to say that he hung out with on a daily basis. It was too bad that none of those people were hear though. He'd rather have one of them then no one. Being alone was the worst possible thing for someone on a Saturday night like this. It was kind of cold outside since the water was still slowly falling from the ebony colored sky but Corsemeier liked the cold.
His deep green eyes scanned the crowd around him. Everyone here was being loud, obnoxious and had someone they were partying with. Most of them were smashed and having the greatest time of their lives at the moment while he sat at the end of the bar, watching the party. He was one of the bouncers that worked the doors, but right now he was off. He didn't have to start work for a few more hours still. He'd been here helping his friend open the bar for the night, checking all the lights and testing the speakers with the fog and various tasks that took patience to complete. He stretched his long, muscular arms out to his sides and rolled his shoulder a bit. It was still sore from the other night when someone pushed him up against the door and a nail cut into his shoulder. It hurt, but only angered him so he'd been able to get that freak out of here.
His eyes fell upon the girl that walked in. She looked cold, and the light reflected off the water on the surface of her green jacket. He smiled as the bartender slid her a baybreeze. He had a bay breeze too. It was cold and tasted great. He didn't know whether or not he should say hi. Maybe she was waiting for someone to meet her here... He didn't want to get himself in a fight before he was even supposed to... Being a bouncer was just asking for a fight.

Alyson tilted her head to one said as she saw the dj put in a disk that said The Medic Droids and then she smiled. Yess it was her favorite techno rock band. She wasn't really quite into techno music, but her brother Jake got her into that kind of stuff. He was the guy that was into hard core rock bands, to rock techno, remix music. Now, she was the one that loved it. She took another sip of her baybreeze and shook her head slightly because she got an ice cube in her mouth. She then set down her drink and stuffed her hands into her pockets. A guy that looked pretty handsome walked up to her and asked her for a dance. Nodding in agreement she said sure, and took his hand and walked to the dance floor with him. She began dancing with him and then he began grinding with her. She stopped dancing. Ok, now that dude just crosssed the line. Alyson didn't like grinding with a boy that she just met. It made her feel very uncomfortable. "uhm, erick.. I think I'm going to stop dancing now?" she then started to walk off the dance floor but Erick the guy she just met grabbed her hand. "Wait a minute, you can't just go on saying yes to a dance and go off like that" she sighed pulling her arm away but he was too forcefull on it. "I believe I said no. No, means no."
Alyson wasn't a goody good girl at all. She just thought it was very disrespectful for a guy to start grinding a girl, without even getting to know her first. Call her crazy, but that's how her personality was. At least she wasn't a slut, or a total granola. She then looked around at any people that would tell Erick to back off but so far, no one came to thought for many reasons. One, they were either grinding or kissing, and Two they were off in their own little world to careless to notice anything else.

His thoughts of whether or not she was here for someone disappeared as a seemingly random dude, by the name of Erick, asked her for a dance. She didn't decline and went with him. Corsemeier's eyes watched the two of them and he sipped the rest of his drink and asked for another. His eyes watched as the drink was slid over to him. A firm statement caught his attention as he looked back over to the girl he'd been hoping to talk to. "I believe I said no. No, means no." her voice was firm, but not firm enough to get Erick to back off. Corsemeier knew Erick, he was a forceful guy that danced pretty provocatively and with most he picked out the girls that were drunk so he could have some fun a little later.
Corsemeier, being the bar's bouncer who was off duty at the moment, was still supposed to help if someone needed it. He was told that he worked as long as he was here, but he would only get paid for his regular seven hours of service. He stepped onto the dance floor, his figure of 6'3 towered over the other man by quite a few inches and he set a man on Erick's shoulder. "She said no." he said firmly, looking in the other man's eyes, his own being as gold as ice. "It's time for you to back off." he spoke once again, the deep lyrics being able to cut through the music and get Erick to leave.
"Sorry about that miss..." he said, deep lyrics hanging off a bit as he didn't know her name. He picked them back up again with the rest of his statement. "He's a regular here and you've got to watch out for him." Corsemeier spoke in much gentler tones as he spoke to the girl. Before he'd been cold and firm, but now his tones were gentler and showed that he could be a nice guy. Sure he didn’t look like a nice guy, he had a muscular body and stood at a tall height, but most could describe him as a teddy bear.

Alyson looked up at the tall guy that was nice enough to help and she smiled as she finally got out of Erick's strong grip. Erick scoffed at him. "No one tells me to back off." He then got disgusted and a little intimidated at the guy that approached him and Erick walked off and asked some other girl to dance. "Thanks" Alyson said and held out her hand to be shaked. "I'm Alyson." Thank god someone helped her out. For a second there she thought that he wouldn't just back off. After all this Erick dude seemed like the type of guy that doesn't take no for an answer. Expecially from anybody. Like meek, small girls that are really innocent and are too scared to stand up for themselves.
Not the usual guy that Alyson really went for and liked very much. She was the girl that liked a guy with somewhat of a bad boy, and somewhat of a good guy. Mixes are always good too ya know.. "He doesn't really seem like that much of a nice guy" she said looking back at Erick. Shrugging she looked back at the guy that she for now called 'tall guy' since she didn't really know his name yet. " So I am guessing your the tuff nice bar bouncer right?" she said trying to make good conversation.
(sorry, I posted too short. I have to go =[ )

"It's not a problem." he said with a friendly smile as he shook her hand gently. Hey, that's why he worked here, to help people out of bad situations and to keep the peace. "I'm Corsemeier. Pleasure to meet you." he said with friendly tones. She seemed like a pretty nice girl. He couldn't figure out how Erick had gotten a hold of her, unless she was some fiery maniac lurking within the confines of the seemingly sweet girl.
"From what I've heard, and seen, most people's experiences say no." he said as his eyes scanned over the floor, watching certain people and picking out new faces. An old habit of his really, he tended to pick out the trouble makers and then watched others that he didn't recognize. Hence the reason he'd been watching her. She was new to this particular bar scene and so she'd caught his attention, especially when she tried to fight off Erick by saying no.
"Well... That idea of me can be debated. There's a lot of people who'd think I'm horrible and some who like me. What about you? I'm guessing you're the friendly girl whose here alone?" he asked wonderingly, deep green eyes looking over her features as a small smile curled his lips.

Alyson smiled. This boy Corsemeir seemed nice enough to trust. At least her instincts trusted him right away. well nice to meet you. I'm Alyson she said shaking his hand. She sighed with a shrug yeah... sadly yes I am the girl here alone.. Seems to be mostly about all the time. as she glanced over toward erick and whispered 'jackass' under her breath quietly.

A smile stretched Corsemeier's lips in an upward curl as the smile graced her features. He released her fingers after they shook hands. He dug his fingers into the pockets of his jeans, leaving his thumbs to hook around the edge, and the smile remained upon his lips. He watched as she heaved a sigh and shrugged only a short moment before the words left her lips. "All the time? You seem like a girl who could attract a guy with ease."
The casual smile played his lips as he looked at her. He meant no harm by the simple comment, he was just saying that she could attract some men with her looks. Although it was shallow to even think such a thing, most men here would agree she wore too much clothing on a great night like this. Outside was hell, but it was hot in here and everyone was letting loose and having a great time. The green jacket his her body and made a person have to imagine too much as to what she looked like. A nice form fitting shirt, and a skirt or some hip hugging jeans would attract someone's attention without a doubt.
