Jordan was sitting on in a booth all alone. She got dumped a few weeks back and it was a month that day. She wanted to cry but she new today was the day. She was going to meet a new guy and fall in love. She was wearing a v-cut shirt and tight blue jeans lightly faded and knee high boots. This guy that she thinks she is going to meet to day she hopes it is a cowboy. Right now she does not look like a cowgirl but she is. Jordan loved to wrestle cattle and ride bulls and stuff. Waiting alone in the booth with a glass of mountain dew.

6' tall, dressed in all black with a cowboy hat on his head. Clean shaven and dressed pretty neatly, with just that little bit of dirt on his boots. Only in a dream, right? Wrong. He walked in just now. His thumbs were hooked on his belt loops and his deep green eyes were focused on the ground. His sleeves were rolled up to his elbows and a studded belt was around his waist, just barley showing. Black jeans fit his legs and black boots with a light dusting of dirt on them. A cigarette hung loosely between his lips and he looked alone. There was no one with the cowboy and there hadn't been in a while. He got dumped not too long ago and he hadn't been out with anyone in a little while.
He ordered a french vanilla cappuccino without the whipped cream, and looked around for somewhere to sit. He didn't know anyone in here and he didn't know if the girl sitting alone wanted any company. She didn't look very happy... He looked at her, hoping to make eye contact and ask if she didn't mind him sitting with her. He was a calm kid, but he was a little shy.

At the same time he looked over at her she looked at him. She looked him over and saw that he was a good looking guy. His jeans wern't to tight and he looked good in a cowboy hat. Most guys she seen looked like city slickers acting like cowboys. She didn't know if he was a real or a fake she hated fakes. She wasn't for sure if he wanted to sit by her or not. She saw the lil dust on his boots thinking that he is a true cowboy. The way he walked the way he talked to order and the way he looks is the perfect person for her. She kinda smiled at him when there eyes met looking at him. She didn't know what to think to a dream come true. She got all happy hopping that he would come over and ask her if he could sit by her. She would not mind that get to know him and like him. Most guys around this town are grumps and don't want to do anything.

In all reality, the girl didn't really look like a cowgirl which was Troy’s type, but she was definitely a very pretty girl. Her eyes sparkled in the light of the cafe and she had a really pretty smile. There were a lot of pretty girls in this city, and all too many of them were trying to be cowgirls and they never were which disappointed him quite a bit. This place was a city that wore a mask. There weren't very many real people here it seemed unlike his small town back home. A friendly smile took a place on his features as their eyes met. He looked away from her for a second as he paid for his coffee and turned around once more. His green eyes found her once more and to his delight, she sitting alone and the table and he walked over to her. The small smile was still showing on his features as he stopped at the edge of the table she sat at. "Is this seat taken, miss?" he asked with a sweet southern accent. He was from Alabama and had moved here only three weeks ago. He was new to the city and hadn't made too many friends. Maybe she'd be his first new friend here and she could make him feel welcome, instead of having to walk alone in the city.

She watched him pay the cashier and walk twards her. She got all exctied in her head and laughed at herself. As he walked over to her she got her self ready for him. Her green eyes glowed in the lighting. She looked at him as he said 'is this seat taken'. She smiled and said "No this spot is not taken, Sir." she said in a well manered voiice loveing his southern accent. She kinda took note that he was new in the town cause she has never seen a cute man like this in a long time around here. Most girls would be drouling all over him no matter who he is.Right now going threw her mind is like what if he dosn't like the way I dress, what if he thinks im not a cowgirl. Should I take him to my house or is he goin to take me to his.

He smiled slightly and slid into the booth seat as she said it wasn't taken. That was good. He'd hoped it hadn't been. She was sitting here alone and he was here alone so he had no one to sit with until now which was good. He hated being alone. It was one of the worst things in life, being alone, and the second thing was being new, which he was very new to this place. He was kind of nervous about sitting with her because he didn't know what she thought about him. Sometimes people had the horrible stereotype that southern kids were dumb, but he was not. He had a scholarship to college for his academics. He was smart, and really hoped she would give him a chance by ignoring that stupid stereotype. He offered his hand as he set down his coffee. "I'm Troy, moved here from Alabama." he said in his sweet southern accent once more, trying to sound calm as a smile widened over his features. He smiled a lot when he was nervous.

She looked at him and stared liking his looks. She was still scared that he didn't like the way she was dressed. He might of thought that she was a city slicker and not a cowgirl. She took a drink as he was sitting down. He introduced himself to me. She said "I'm Jordan, nice to meet you I lived here for 21 years. Basically my whole life." She said in her sweet voice. She couldn't help her self for staring into his eyes cause they are so beautiful. They have a sparkle to them in the light. She noticed that he was staring at her eyes but she did not care. She said to him " Sometime me and you are going to get together and I will show you the town" she said to him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Jordan." He said with a smile as she looked into his eyes. His smile widened a bit and he took a sip of his coffee to try and not look so nervous... Not that coffee calmed him down. Coffee gave him more energy then he needed, but he'd been in the mood for some. He listened to her comments and nodded thankfully. "That would be perfect. I am so lost around here." he said with a laugh. He'd been getting lost everywhere he went because he didn't know this place as well as his old home town in Alabama. He could give a person directions to anywhere they wanted to go back home, now he couldn't understand half the directions given to him. There were so many streets and tons of places to go. "Maybe then in exchange for a tour around this place, if you’re not bothered by horses, I could take you for a ride. I have two quarter horses." he offered, not knowing if she was a fan of riding or not.

"Oh, your welcome and I have horses of my own." But thanks. She knew that he didn't belive her but she did. She was thinking after this that they could go on a trail ride together. She thought that would be really nice to. So she asked. 'Would you like to go on a trail ride?" Not knowing if he would go or not. She was really hoping that he was going to go on the trail ride. She thought that later that she would explain to him why she was dressed like that. The only reason she does is because that she goes out in public to meet someone she likes to look goodand not like no hillbilly that she looks like around the barn

"Really? I wouldn't have guessed." he said to her comment about already having horses. From her looks he wouldn't have guessed, but then again in today's society he guessed that she'd want to at least keep up with the looks. Troy didn't care though; jeans and a button up shirt were great. He usually wore tennis shoes when he was running, but his favorite shoes were boots. He didn't care what people thought about him, but that whole hillbilly stereotype pissed him off. Just because people worked on farms or ranches, didn't mean they were uneducated people. They were usually just hardworking people. Half of these city kids couldn't do half the things needed to run a farm anyway. He listened to her question. "Sure that sounds good." he said with a smile, his straight white teeth showing a bit. That was another part of that stereotype that really got him. People chewed smokeless tobacco and had no teeth... He knew one person that chewed that stuff and they were only missing two teeth because he got punched in the mouth when he was younger.

She looked him over and realized that he was a true cowboy. He didn't care what people thought of him and loved horses. Jordan hates meeting new people and getting sterotyped. She hates it. So when she thought she would have met some one in this day she thought she would have dressed up a little just in case she got steriotyped. Jordaan looked at Troy and said "Sorry about my looks but when i go out in to the public i get stereotyped all the time i hate it i am really sorry looks can be deceiving." She said to him kinda giggling. She showed her pearl white teeth when she smiled. She ordered a another coffee to drink. She hates sugar in her coffee but, she loves cream. She looked at her phone as it vibrated and saw that it was not important so she let it go to her voice mail. She really like troy and want to learn more about him. She couldn't wait till they went on the trail ride together. She was thinking on what horse she should ride she didn't know if he was going to ride a mare gelding or a stallion. She thought she would wait to ask him on what horse he is riding for her to know what horse she is riding.

"Ehh, you have to learn to not care about such things or you're only allowing yourself to be stereotyped." he said calmly, sipping his coffee. By changing her appearance when she went out into the public eye she was forcing herself to become someone different so that stereotypes were not placed on her. Even as she sat dressed in these new clothes, clothes that she wouldn't normally wear she was being given a title, but it was different. Now it was almost as if she was two different people. One was herself, and the other was the public view.
Truth be told, Troy thought he was a boring person. He didn't have all that interesting of a background and came from a simple farm down in Alabama. He wasn't filthy rich, nor did he want to be. He loved working on the farm raising the animals. He loved being able to drive the big machines over the crops and harvest them. He had a passion for cross country eventing too, but that was only interesting in the right person's eyes.
comments;; sorry that sucked lol

Jordan looked at Troy like she was being sterotyped by him for dressing different. But when she has some one she likes she dosn't care but when she dosn't she likes to make a good first impression. But with this guy she guesses that she made a bad impression. She looked at him once agin and said "Im sorry that i look different but if I don't have a boyfriend then i do care cause you never know who you might meet. I am sorry if i sound rude to you i am not trying to be rude." She said in a calm voice and smiled. She said "I will be right back." She said in a hurry. So she went out to her black Dodge Ram truck and got her duffelbag and went into the bathroom and changed. She came back out and smiled. She was waiting for his reaction.
She was in a black cammi with her faded blue jeans, big pleasure belt and her boots. Her phone was in her right front pocket. Her keys where in her right front packet in with her phone. She was affraid that he was going to think bad of her. She asked him what horse is he bringing on the trail ride "What horse are you bring on the trail ride?" she said. Jordan had 10 horses that she can pick from. She waited for his answer

It wasn't that she made a bad impression upon Troy, for she seemed friendly enough and looks weren't really a big part of what he cared for. Troy loved a girl with personality, a girl that could do what she wants and do it when she wanted to. He wanted a girl that could be herself no matter what the public thought. If she wanted a double fudge, double sprinkle ice cream sundae with extra caramel, he wanted her to be able to eat it with all eyes on her. No, he wasn't saying he wanted some single 40-tear old woman who lived with 25 cats... He just wanted a girl to be herself. "It's alright. I understand, I guess." he spoke, tones slightly confused. She made him think too much about her words. He didn't like getting caught up in his own thoughts and she did that to him a lot. She cares about her looks because she doesn't have a boyfriend? What did that have to do with anything? He nodded as he raised the cup to his lips and took another sip of the sweet drink before him.
His eyes showed a slightly surprised expression as she appeared once again. Her outfit had completely changed and it caught him off guard. She was still just as stunning in these clothes as she was in the ones before. Troy's eyes were lightened as a smile crossed over his features. He paused for a moment and parted his lips to speak. "Probably Lucky 13." he answered, and then explained who the horse was because she wouldn't know. "He's my 4 year old quarter horse. Picked him up from the ASPCA when he was six months of age." Troy spoke calmly, rethinking the day he saw the tiny creature. He'd been extremely emaciated and had cuts on his body. His hooves weren't very well taken care of and he had been dreadfully sick. Troy offered to foster the small colt until he grew attached and kept him.

She saw that she had confused the poor man. she kinda giggled when she thought that in her head. He probly thought in his head what the hell is that girl thinking. But right now she was in a good mood and didn't care what people thought about her. She asked him "Could i take you to my house and we can load up my horse and then we can pick up your horse and we can be on our way?" She asked him if he wanted to do that. Cause she only live 3 miles away from here. Well With his confused look on his face she stoiod there waiting for an answer. she looked over at him and said "koolcan't wait to see him"she said exciltly then she said "I am bring my mare live up to dreams, my jumping horse had her sence a wenling." occ:sorry it is so short run out of time
