"I imagine so."Lynn said, smiling at the golden filly. "Lets take them to the barn," Lynn suggested, turning to pull Fire's rope loose, then handed him off to Ember.

Ember took the rpe and genlty stroked his neck, then she started leading him to the barn.Stopping about half way to wait for Lynn. A scream erupted from Valliant's stonge,low chords.A started his little rampage once more as he saw the others being led to the barn. He slowed and trotted in a circle,stopping with his whole body tensing,his nostrils were flared once again his cry echoed through the land. |

Lynn smiled, slightly amused by the colt's antics. She rubbed the filly's neck, then gently smoothed the disarmed hairs back into place. As the foals were put away, stalls next to each other, she turned to Ember. "How much do they get?" Lynn asked, heading toward the feed storage.

Well,because they are show foals you have to feed them extra so they will grow at a faster pace.I usually feed them a full scoop.You will also need to keep them locked in their stalls at all times,but take them out each day to be lounged. The reason for this is that they get taller when the just stand around, you need to lounge them to build muscles. Ember smiled as she heard Valliant echoing his cries. She walked to the edge of the barn and looked out into the round pen. Once Valliant saw her he gave a sharp whinny then a snort and trotted to see her. Walking to him she said to Lynn,But with this one you don't have to do anything but feed him a half a scoop and leave him in here,he will run himself to build muscles and he is already fairley tall. Ember smiled as she stroked his cheek,she leaned over and kissed his nose.He jerked back for a moment but then came back for another. As she leaned down to genlty blow in his nostrils her fiery red hair fell down in her face,the natural blonde highlights that where streaked through it, shone in the mighty sun. |

"Okay, Ember, I kno what to do, I've been in the show buisness my whole life."Amberlynn reminded her with a laughing smile. She unlocked the feed storage and slipped inside, filling three buckets, 1, 1, and 1/2. SHe siddled through the half open door and moved back to the stalls. She dumped the feed into the lax filly's bucket. She had seemed to settle most easily. She moved to the next colt, Fire, when the colt came to greet, her, she smiled and tumped the grain into his fodder.
Last, but not to be forgotten of his frantic rampages, Valliant, Lynn walked to the fence with a hook was placed and slowly, taking her own time on purpose settled the half full feed bucket on the hook.

Quikly leaving Ember,Valliant ran to the fence snapping at Lynn.He eagerly shoved his head into the bucket,scarfing down the pellets. In no time it was gone,once again he headed to Ember nuzzling her hand,seeing if she had more food. |

Lynn watched the colt, and didn't even flinch when the colt attempted to snap at her, an amused smile playing on her lips. "I'm almost thinking this colt should go home with you." Lynn mused.

No...Ember said with a smile.He's yours now, he just needs to get used to the others horses and most importantly you. Valliant left Ember's side and went to roll again in the middle of the roundpen. As he flipped over wildly he kicked up a lot of dirt,causing a mini dust storm. Valliant quickly got up and ran through the storm,enjoying the esscense of unknown wonders and he disappeared in it's depths. Soon the dust settled and he was left with a heavy heart that the fun had stopped. Snapping out of his playfull mood he did a full rear before taking off around the edge of the pen. Valliant let his legs explode in a series of kicks and jumps,all the while flying around the small hold that wasn't nearly big enough to let him run to his full potential. |

Lynn nodded, spacing out for moment while watching Valliant hop and kick, buck and bolt. The join up? That would come later, she told herself, shaking her head. Hopefully she could connect with Valliant just as she had Star, it had taken Star and she several days to trust each other, but now, the stallion would jump a cliff for her.

Ember watched as Valliant ran around,he reminded her of her once wild and amazing horse Wildfire,who unfortunately had been stolen. |

Lynn watched the Sport Horse run himself around the ring, and smiled, another challenge. She turned to face Star. The stallion looked toward her, roan coat glittering.

Letting out another high pitched scream he ran to the part of the ring where Lynn stood watching. Valliant charged her,baring his teeth.Spinning around he let out a high kick that could have easily have hit her if it weren't for the fence. Finally getting bored with his game he stood at the far end of the ring. |

Lynn faced the colt as he kicked at her, smart enough to know his height was a big factor in being able to kick her. She glanced backward at Mirage, a blue roan foaled by Star last year. A smug smile playing on her lips. A smooth whistle followed the smile. Mirage's finely sculpted head shot up and the filly trot with high steps to the gate. Lynn unlatched the small paddok gate. Mirage walked easily out and swung to face Lynn. Amberlynn smiled and walked back to Valliant's arena. "Go on." Lynn said, opening the gate quickley, and closing it behind the blue eyed girl.

Valliant's ears pricked as he heard the sharp whistle.From deep inside him came a low whicker,so low it was barely heard by the human ear.When he saw the blue roan filly his heart rate immediately shot up. With a smooth lope he came near the gate. Amberlynn quickly opened the gate letting her in,Valliant hopped in front of her touching his nose to hers.HE smelt her warm breathe, it was not long though that he had playfully nipped her muzzle and kicked at her then took off once more. Galloping to the middle of the areana he reared to his fullest extent,revealing his great height and power. Valliant's legs lashed out at the air in front if him,his charcole mane flew about his finely shaped head and neck. He came back down,landing with advanced percision.I guess I'll be going now.Ember said walking to her truck and then drove away. |

Mirage eyed the colt and stretched forward to meet him. She jerked back as he nipped her but tore off after him like her great father, she wheeled on her hindquarters and dodged left, sliding to a halt infront of Valliant. >I'm Mirage<.
