This 8 bedroom house 6.5 bathroom house is PARADISE! And what do you know this rich house is located in the wonderful boating community of Royal Harbor, Florida. This wonderful house is accompanied by a military officer Major Benson Payne, his young wife who is a professor at University of Florida Dr. Emily Payne and their young home schooled daughter Kate Payne. Working here are 7 maids and 4 butlers. The Payne family is one of the richest families in the US. This beautiful house has it's very own boating dock, an indoor, outdoor pool and spa. Which is open to anyone to dock their boats, swim are just relax in the nice comforting spas.

Yo walk into the stables, there are horses playing in the pastures and heads hanging over doors, you stroke a few of the horses reading their names, Apollo, Flick, Missy, Misty,you walk into the cool air conditioned office, you take a leaflet and read;

'Welcome to Moonstone Stables, here we sell new horses and rehome rescues but we specialize in riding of course, our lessons are all completely free! We have a variety of horses all sweet and ready to work with you or if you prefer you could take advantage of another of our facilities and board your horse with us, they will recieve the ultimate care! So when you ride we will let you ride ours or you can ride your own special someone and to add even more amazement we sell tack and riding eqipment of the highest quality!, so to round it up for you we sell Tack, Equipment, Horses, we rehome rescues, we offer riding lessons for any amount of time you wish be it 10 minutes to 2 hours! we board horses and we almost forgot to tell you that we ALWAYS HAVE,dogs and puppies, and cats and kittens looking for new homes! What more could you want at a stable!'
